Maker unknown, but equivalent quality as Passier who also made this style. Marked as a size 26. Buckle end to buckle end it measures 26.5 and full length is 29. The main body of the girth is heavy duty double-ply elastic which is nearly 3.25 in width. Each end as well as its corresponding billet keepers are leather. New without tags, though there is some mild cosmetic shop/storage wear present but nothing which is particularly noteworthy to point out.
