28 Black Leather Total Saddle Fit Dressage Girth. Beautiful leather – soft and clean (I cleaned all seams with a toothbrush). The Total Saddle Fit Shoulder Relief Girth changes the position and angle of the saddle billets, to prevent the saddle from interfering with the horse’s shoulder. The center of the girth is set forward, to sit in the horses natural girth groove, and the sides of the girth are cut back to meet the billets 2 inches behind, where the horses natural girth groove lies. It simply moves the billets back and reduces the saddles tendency to be pulled forward into the shoulders. The shape of the girth is cutback at the elbows, giving more room for elbow movement and preventing galls in the elbow area. Cleaned & conditioned after every use. Minor signs of wear at the billet keepers and underside, where the leather is matte/no shine (see photos).
